Market Stall Registration Form For 4^th Aril 2025

Notes:

• All set-up is to take place on Friday, 4^th April 2025, from 2pm onwards,
• Be ready to trade at 4pm
• Market for non-food vendors to run from 4pm - 8pm
• Market for food vendors to run from 4pm until the movie is done
• Cost per stand is R300 ex VAT (no power) and R350 ex VAT (power).

• Should you wish to send more product images, please email to shan@fevertreemarketing.co.za with your business name in the subject (no more than 5 images)

Conditions of trading:

• Insurance loss, damage and Public Liability will be the responsibility of the stall holders.
• Neither Fever Tree Marketing, Nedport Developments, nor the Eris Property Group, will be responsible for any loss / damage incurred by stall traders, contents, equipment or damage caused by stallholders, vehicle damage, or theft of personal property owned by stall holders.
• Fever Tree Marketing reserves the right to expel any stall holders if they sell any other products/services, other than that which they have stated to promote or sell. In such cases any deposit monies paid to Fever Tree Marketing will be non-refundable.
• All food suppliers will be required to submit food safety certificates, the securing of which is the responsibility of the stall holder through the eThekwini Municipality.
• Choice of stall location will be at the discretion of Fever Tree Marketing, and their decision will be final.
• Payment terms are strictly within 7 days of invoice. Exhibitors with an outstanding balance will not be allowed access to the site. No exceptions will be made.
• Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the market will not be reimbursed.
